Project Monarch is Jair Wallace. An independent Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Video Game Designer from Melbourne, Australia.

Creativity is my passion and an important element in my life. Whether I'm writing for video games or practicing my other passion; Parkour, creativity and expression are always central to my thought process.

I believe in creating worlds through art that can communicate important messages to those who wish to receive them. We live in a time where solidarity is needed around the world. Art is a powerful tool for sharing stories and knowledge and that is what I hope to do!
